"We took our vehicle to Access Automotive to diagnose and repair our AC system. From scheduling the appointment, doing the repairs and arranging vehicle pickup, the team at Access Automotive were very transparent and communicative. We felt that the team provided honest work for a fair price. We would highly recommend them to other potential customers."

"The team at Access Automotive took the time to communicate everything that was happening while my car was at their garage. Everything was transparent including pricing and the results of tests performed, photos were provided to show their findings. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for an honest professional mechanic."

5-star review by Jessica Bedard

"Best experience I have had with a auto shop. They kept me informed the entire time and took there time to make sure everything was perfect. After the repairs were complete, the reached out to ensure everything was running well and that there were no concerns. Will definitely be using for all my auto repairs and general maintenance going forward"

5-star review by Ashley Hassell

"I took my 2011 in last week and it needed a complete break job from start to finish. They had it done in one day. They were lovely, terrific job thank you so much. It’s wonderful to have an old car that you feel safe in. I can’t ever see me going anywhere else."

5-star review by Charlotte Dickson

"My family has been going to Access Auto for many years now and can't say enough good things about Jason and Sierra. They're upfront and honest about what needs immediate attention versus what we need to keep an eye on, which helps us as the customer budget accordingly. They're quick and thorough with their work. Their customer service is phenomenal!"
